Online Store Policies:
The Online Store is available for 24/7 shopping and is updated daily! If you purchase an item online, a Habitat Store staff member will contact you by email or phone to arrange pick up.
All online purchases are eligible for a full refund at the time of pick-up if the item does not meet your satisfaction when you see it in-person. If you take the item home and decide later it does not meet your satisfaction, you are eligible for our normal refund/return policy of exchange/store credit within two weeks of the purchase date.
All items pictured online are also available for purchase in the Habitat Store.
If you do not pick up your item on the day scheduled, we will charge $5 per additional day it is not picked up. Please communicate with Store staff if you are having trouble finding time to pick up your item.
